Using our professional finishing shop, we’re equipped to prep and finish almost anything you can bring to us. From cabinets, to doors and specialty millwork, our shop is set up to bring you a high quality prep and finish solution using high-end, factory 2K paints.

What Is a 2K Finish?

“2K” stands for two-component.

Unlike traditional paints that air dry, 2K coatings use a separate hardener that chemically reacts during curing. This creates a cross-linked finish that becomes harder, more resistant, and more durable over time.

Why that matters:

• Better resistance to wear and abrasion
• Improved adhesion to MDF and wood substrates
• Increased protection against moisture and cleaning products
• More consistent sheen and finish clarity

For residential kitchens, it means fewer chips and longer-lasting performance.

For commercial projects, it means coatings built for traffic, handling, and installation demands.

We select coating systems based on project requirements — whether that’s a smooth matte modern finish or a higher-sheen, commercial-grade system designed for long-term wear. Every project is evaluated for durability, environment, and end use before production begins.

Our Process — Factory-Level Finishing, Zero Drama

We handle everything from pickup to delivery. All prep, spraying, curing, quality control, and reassembly happen in our shop so you get a factory-quality finish without the hassle.

Step-by-Step: What Happens to Your Parts

  1. 1. Scheduled Pickup

We collect components from your home or shop and transport them safely to our facility.

    Same-week pickup (by appointment)
  2. 2. Intake & Inspection

Each piece is inspected, documented, and labeled. Any repairs or substrate issues are identified upfront.

  3. 3. Full In-House Prep

We clean, degrease, sand, fill imperfections, apply primer or sealer, and sand between coats as needed. Prep determines finish quality — and we control it completely.

  4. 4. Professional Spray Application

Cabinet-grade coatings applied in a controlled spray environment for consistent sheen, durability, and smooth leveling.

  5. 5. Controlled Curing & Quality Control

Parts cure under controlled conditions and go through a detailed quality inspection before leaving the shop.

  6. 6. Delivery

Finished components are carefully packaged and delivered back to you ready for installation.

Typical turnaround: 7–14 business days for most residential projects. Commercial schedules are based on volume and production timelines.
