What to expect when you hire PrairieRidge Painting

Here’s what starting a project with Pro Coatr will look like

  1. Fill out the form when you hit the “GET A FREE QUOTE BUTTON” and we’ll follow up with you within an hour to book your free estimate

  2. Our estimator will touch base with you just before your appointment - and will meet with you at your location to go over your desired work, point our any issues or areas of concern, and provide you an accurate estimate. That number won’t change as we work through the process.

  3. Once you accept the estimate you’ll be scheduled into our work calendar. You’ll receive more information about the process, the products we plan to use, and the timeframe of the work. You’ll also be introduced to your single point of contact for the entire process - your dedicated project manager.

  4. Your dedicated project manager will touch base as your scheduled work date grows closer to answer any question you may have.

  5. On the first day of your scheduled work - painters will arrive at your site in full PrairieRidge Painting uniforms, clean and begin prep of the areas to be painted. They’ll clean up at the end of every work day, leaving your home just as it was before we arrived.

  6. Following prep work, all painting will begin, following strict standards outlined by the PCA (Painting Contractors Association) - which set out proper procedures and expected finishes for the industry.

  7. Upon completion, you’ll be walked around the project and shown the final product. Our team will clean up and leave you with a beautiful, durable paint job which will last for years to come.

You can also trust that we will never paint over a problem. In our preparation process, if we uncover an issue we will bring it to your attention right away. For example, if you have water damaged drywall from a leaking window, we have carpenters on staff that can take care of that before we paint, and repair the drywall as needed. We will also work with you to discover the source of the problem and recommend ways to prevent the problem in the future.

PrairieRidge Painting carries full liability insurance, ensuring you are covered for any unforeseen issues along the way (we never expect any to happen).

  • “I hired Pro Coat painting to paint my new apartment before I moved in, and my condo as I had sold it, as they were recommended through my realtor. They were flexible with my tight schedule, and I had no issues leaving them in my apartment alone. All in all it was a really great experience.”
