Your written estimate defines the agreed work. We’ll review the surfaces, preparation, products and any repairs with you. If you want ceilings, trim or doors painted, let us know so they can be included in the scope.
Do I need to move furniture?
We’ll discuss room access and furniture arrangements before work begins, including what you should move and what our team will handle. Let us know about large, delicate or difficult-to-move items during the estimate.
Can I stay home while you paint?
This depends on the rooms involved, the products being used and access to the work areas. Tell us about your household, pets and daily routine so we can discuss a practical plan.
How long will the work take?
Timing depends on the size of the project, preparation, repairs and drying time. We’ll discuss the expected schedule before work starts and communicate changes along the way.
What if my walls need repairs?
Point out cracks, holes, peeling paint or signs of moisture during your estimate. We’ll assess what needs attention and clarify the repair scope. If we discover another issue during preparation, we’ll discuss it with you before proceeding.
What if I haven’t chosen a colour?
You can request an estimate before choosing your final colours. Bring your ideas and questions, and we’ll discuss finish options and when colour selections need to be confirmed.
